The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office has concluded the internal investigation into Detective Ardit Coma stemming from an incident that occurred on the morning of Dec. 4.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office has been awarded a $175,000 grant from the Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services to provide patrol deputies with narcotics detection devices.
The 7th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office on Monday filed an order of no information in the case against Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Detective Ardit Coma, stating their intention not to prosecute the charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer.
Flagler County Sheriff’s Office employees, community organizations, businesses, and individuals have combined to generously donate over $40,000 to the Flagler Sheriff’s Childrens Charities to support the agency’s annual Shop with a Cop event.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office has been made aware that a member of the agency, Detective Ardit Coma, was arrested early this morning in Ormond Beach for fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer.
